Stellar has invested in the industry leading technology for CNC turning. Stellar employs cutting edge technology with practical application, using multi-spindle and multi-turret lathes. With a variety of part configurations stemming from customer needs, our machine tools are prepared to accept the challenge. Our highly skilled, culture-focused workforce can machine up to 30” Diameter and 120” in Length, as well as hold tolerances +/- .001 routinely on low volume or production scale.
Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
Stellar has invested in the leading technology in the industry for EDM Machining. With our Mitsubishi EDM machines, we can machine components from a vast array of materials with relative ease. Unlike turning or milling EDM, uses electro-current and a wire to erode material. With our experienced, culture-focused workforce we can machine up to 20”x16”x10” with extreme precision.
